tabulating.

I just went for a 7.7km bike ride. I used my brother's bike because it has more air in its tires. The seat was so hard and the height could have been a little shorter, but I'm content because I completed the ride in half-an-hour! :) 


Calories burned? 326!


Intake so far? 150 calories (a slice of multigrain toast with a teaspoon of sunflower seed butter - thanks Cutchers).


Now I'm going to go make a tea and have some fruit.
