walking in the evening.

I went for an amazing walk with my mom tonight. I forgot how much I love long power walks. One year, my mom and I used to go for a 5 kilometre walk every single day of the summer. I lost 25 pounds that year. It was the summer before high school. At that moment, I officially loved the skin I was in. I remember looking at my legs that summer and thinking "Woah, are those really my legs?" They were toned and tanned and I loved everything about them.

Of course, my weight has fluctuated every now and then but right now I'm only 10 pounds heavier than I was in the summer before high school. It's my goal to get back down to that weight this summer.

My mom said she's going to try and be home early enough from work so we can start walking, every night, next week. I'm excited and I hope we can pull this through.

My mom and I have some of the greatest conversations while we walk. Some of them are awkward but it just helps us be really open with each other. We always have been open, but the walking and the outdoors just adds to everything a little more.

Tonight's walk put me in a great mood. Now I'm motivated to get throug this week as best as I can and start the summer off with a good attitude.

Cheers :)

Have a bean day for a quick lost of about two pounds, this is the trick of the fashion models I know here in the bloggy world, just what it says, eat only beans for a day and two days later, viola -2lbs
