I hate you.

Scales. You suck, so bad. Like, can you stop changing my weight? I haven't done anything differently really in the past few days. In fact, I think I've been more active. Perhaps I haven't been working out hardcore (because of the long weekend, my grandmother, and well I've just been exhausted), but I planted flowers, I went on walks, I barely stood still. Why is it that every time I lose three pounds, a few days later you tell me that I gained them all back? My eating habits have stayed the same. I've been drinking SO MUCH MORE WATER than I normally do (and I drink a lot), and to boot, I've been drinking LEMON WATER to cleanse my body, but apparently that doesn't work.

Screw you, scale.

I'm not going on you until next week. I hate you so much. You ruin my life.

I'm going to prove you wrong and work out today by walking and doing weight-loss yoga. If that doesn't work and I don't lose the three pounds I apparently gained back, I'm going to go buy a new scale that ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE.

LIKE, DON'T YOU HATE SCALES? They're so depressing, especially when you want to reach a goal but THEY AREN'T COOPERATING. DIE, SCALES. DIE!

I hate scales too! They've always been my worst enemy besides fat. Scales can make us very happy, or depressed.

Hopefulky the scale will soon be our friend again!

Ughhh, I know what you mean..

BUT you know what though, working out leads to building muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat. SO, I'd say F YOU scale, and as long as you can tell that you're losing the weight (which I know you are, cause you've mentioned looking more toned and stuff :)), then I wouldn't worry too much about the numbers.

I love you girl, don't let this bring you down!

Are you weighing yourself first thing in the morning or later in the day? Weighing yourself in the morning or right after a workout are probably the best times to do it, not at night or in the middle of the day.

Hope all is well with you!

I weigh myself in the morning right after I wake up! I know that during the day weight fluctuates, but this entire mumbo jumbo is so frustrating. Haha, I feel better about it, though. Thx for the comments<3
