delicious snack, thanks for filling me :).

I just made the greatest snack in the entire world. 


- 3/4 cup of honey nut cheerios
- 1 sliced medium sized banana


Total calories? 200!


So far, I've consumed the following (all day):


Breakfast:


- 1 slice of multigrain toast bread (65 cals)
- a little bit of peanut butter (70 cals)
- 1 Activia strawberry yogurt (80 cals)
- 1 medium sized banana (90 cals)
- 2 glasses of water (0 cals)
- 1 cup of peppermint tea (0 cals)


Lunch:


- 2 slices of multigrain toast bread (135 cals)
- 2 thin slices of Havarti cheese (100 cals)
- 1 tomato (38 cals)
- 2 glasses of water (0 cals)


+ my snack (200 cals)
+ another glass of water (0 cals)


Not bad, I suppose. I worked out this morning and burned about 300 calories and I'm working out tonight with my DVDs so I'll probably burn another 300 - 600 calories (or more). Plus, I've read that on average, people burn about 1500 calories just living their life. That works. Did you know sleeping for 8 hours can burn like 500 calories? SCORE.


I think it's time for another tea...
